[Test] Test

I've modified mailing-list plugin.
- Added CATEGORY for article substitution
- Added "(This is the text version of the original post)"
　for the text version
- Adjusted "rn" characters to make sync. work without problems

Problems:
- OKWAP:
　　- When sending with "text/html", there will be no context
　　- It cannot handle "n" properly, but "rn" is fine
- Blogger:
　　- When there are "rnrn" in the context,
　　　or using "multipart/alternative",
　　　the article will not be accepted by Blogger.
